Everyday Girl Guide to: Diets

I’m actually getting excited about starting on the Primal Diet tomorrow.  It works out pretty well for me in one aspect, because I’m no longer working a sit-down-eight-hours-a-day job, so I can keep up the regular movement.  But it’s going to be a little bit harder to make the diet work on a very tight budget.

I want to work on stuff for the diet today, but part of the challenges for the diet involve getting everything set-up, so I’m making myself wait to do it along with the challenge tomorrow.

I’m also doing the evil thing of eating as much of the “bad” food out of my stash as possible before tomorrow.  Does anyone else do that?
